Camp Ramblewood
We know it’s hard to say goodbye to our old location, but we promise—you’ll understand why we made the switch as soon as you arrive at our new home, Camp Ramblewood! Located only 3-hours south of NYC, and just over an hour from the Baltimore/Washington International & Philadelphia International Airports!
This new campground has 40 cabins, offering anywhere from 2 to 13 beds per room. Every cabin comes with power outlets, plenty of under-bed storage for your belongings, and a cozy porch for hanging out with your cabin mates. (more cabin info below)
Each cabin also has its own bathroom and shower. Some are fully private, while others are semi-private, meaning they’re shared between two connected cabins. There are plenty of water spigots across the venue with safe, drinkable water, so don’t forget your refillable water bottle. For those who are camping, there are public bathhouses with showers and all bathrooms are gender-neutral!
Another exciting feature at Camp Ramblewood is the on-site team of talented chefs. This year, all meals must be pre-purchased. We will also have some food vendors while at the event. But if you do want meal tickets, you must purchase them in advance! And yes, you’re welcome to bring your own snacks and food.
One small heads-up: the layout here is a bit different, so some things are changing. First off, we kindly ask that once you arrive, you stay on-site unless it is necessary for you to leave. This is for the safety of all of our attendees.
There will also be a small fee for every vehicle that will be staying on the grounds, so carpooling is encouraged! Check out our CarPool Group!
I want to be in a cabin instead of camp..... where should I stay?
Kaleidoscope Cabins
Painted in bright, fun colors, these cabins can sleep 7 to 13 people and are designed for functionality and comfort. Each bed is a Tempurpedic twin mattress, lifted to provide handy storage space underneath. The cabins also come with electricity and extra storage cubbies for your gear.
There are two layout options:
-
Two-room setup: Two large rooms with beds, connected by a Jack & Jill-style bathroom shared between them.
-
Four-room setup: Four separate rooms, each equipped with beds, sharing multiple conjoined bathrooms.
-
For additional convenience, there’s an extra bathhouse located just outside the cabins. While there are no kitchens or living rooms, the cabins offer a cozy spot to rest and recharge. Plus, each cabin has a welcoming front porch area—perfect for taking in the lively surroundings of the campground.
Canopy Cabins
The Canopy Cabins provide a private, comfortable space for those who want to skip the camping experience. Each room is completely separate with its own door, offering extra privacy for the two guests inside. The cabins come with two beds and electricity, along with convenient storage space under each bed.
Guests share two large bathrooms located toward the back of the building, and can enjoy the shared porch area for a relaxed outdoor vibe. Canopy tickets include all meals, making this option ideal for those seeking a peaceful and private stay without the need to camp.
Kepler Cabins
The Kepler Cabins offer a balance of simplicity and convenience for group stays. Some cabins E through H and O through T are set up exactly like to the Kaleidoscope Cabins, with shared bathrooms.
What sets the Kepler Cabins apart is the row of cabins labeled I through N. These cabins sleep 10 people each and come with their own private bathroom, providing a bit more privacy for larger groups.
There are also two bathhouses located at each end of the row for added convenience. Like the Kaleidoscope Cabins, each Kepler Cabin is equipped with electricity and Tempurpedic twin mattresses, lifted to allow for extra storage underneath, keeping things organized during your stay.
